As a landlord, your responsibilities include maintaining the property in a safe and habitable condition, addressing repairs promptly, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Our fully managed service takes care of this for you.

If there are rent payment issues, we take several steps to address the situation. Initially, we send a gentle reminder to the tenant, followed by a phone call if necessary, to discuss the matter directly. We document all communications to ensure transparency and keep a record of the issue. If the problem persists, we may explore options such as setting up a payment plan or, in more serious cases, initiating legal proceedings. Our goal is to resolve the issue amicably and maintain a positive relationship between landlords and tenants.

At the end of a tenancy, we handle the return of deposits promptly and fairly. We conduct a thorough inspection of the property to assess its condition and identify any necessary deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. We then provide a detailed breakdown of any deductions to the tenant. Once both parties agree on the amount to be returned, we process the deposit refund.
